Travel requirements vary by destination and nationality. It is each traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas or travel authorizations.
All passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return travel. We recommend checking your passport expiration date as soon as you register.
Once your registration is received, Pax Via Tours will provide payment instructions, invoices, and applicable terms and conditions.

To make a payment online, please visit www.paxvia.com and select "Make a Payment."
If you are submitting payment on behalf of another traveler, please include the traveler's name with your payment to ensure proper credit.
Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Specific payment schedules may vary by tour and will be outlined in your registration materials.

Travel insurance is not required but is strongly recommended. Coverage can help protect your investment in the event of trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You may purchase travel insurance through the provider of your choice or explore available options through the Travel Insurance section of our website.
For accuracy and record-keeping purposes, we prefer to communicate via email whenever possible. However, our team is always happy to assist you by phone.

Invoices, payment receipts, confirmations, and important travel updates will be sent electronically by email. If you are unable to receive documents electronically, please contact our office and we will make alternative arrangements whenever possible.
