Airline Seating & Upgrades

Group Airfare

For group airline reservations, seat assignments are typically controlled by the airline. In most cases, seats are assigned at check-in or when boarding passes are issued at the airport.

If you wish to select your seat in advance, the airline may offer this option for an additional fee, when available. Any fees associated with advance seat selection are the responsibility of the traveler. Pax Via Tours & Travel is not responsible for airline seat selection fees or seat assignments.

Individual Airfare

For travelers with individually issued airline tickets, advance seat selection can usually be completed directly through the airline's website or customer service.

Please note that any fees charged by the airline for seat selection or preferred seating are the responsibility of the traveler. Pax Via Tours & Travel is not responsible for these charges.

Business Class & Cabin Upgrades

If you are interested in upgrading your flight to Business Class or another premium cabin, please contact us at info@paxvia.com to request a quote.

Please note:

• Upgrade pricing is determined by the airline and is subject to availability.

• Quotes are generally valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated by the airline.

• Upgrade fares may increase after the quoted expiration time.

• Full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

• Upgrade charges are separate from your pilgrimage package and will be invoiced separately.

• A payment receipt will be provided once the upgrade has been processed.
