Pax Via Tours & Travel is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, loss or delay of baggage, theft, accident, inconvenience, or additional expenses arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any independent third-party travel provider.
Furthermore, Pax Via Tours & Travel shall not be liable for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations, schedule modifications, missed connections, or additional costs resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, border closures, airline schedule changes, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, or other unforeseen events.
All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and operating policies of the respective travel providers. Travelers are responsible for complying with all airline, hotel, cruise, and government regulations, including passport, visa, health, and entry requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability of Pax Via Tours & Travel for any claim arising from your pilgrimage shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Pax Via Tours & Travel for the travel services provided. Under no circumstances shall Pax Via Tours & Travel be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Pax Via Tours & Travel reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or other inadvertent mistakes and to update or modify published information, itineraries, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.
